The Schuylkill County man accused of exposing himself to a delivery driver waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday morning.
Kyle Finnefrock, of Ashland, agreed to waive charges to Schuylkill County Court of Common Pleas when he appeared before District Magistrate Judge Edward Tarantelli.
Tarantelli set bail for Finnefrock at $20,000 unsecured.
Back on March 6, a State Police Trooper from the Frackville barracks was summoned to a location in Ashland by an Uber delivery driver (originally reported as a DoorDash driver) who said she’d just delivered to a man who showed up at his front door with his erect penis exposed.
Finnefrock, 25, reportedly told police that after he’d ordered deodorant – his second order that night – he began masturbating until his order arrived.
When the order arrived, Finnefrock reportedly told police that he pulled up his pajama pants but he still must have been exposed through the front opening.
The Uber driver told police a different story in that after she’d made one delivery to Finnefrock’s home that night, he began messaging her, telling her how attractive he found her.
He then placed the order for deodorant and wanted her to come inside his home.
Finnefrock is facing misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment.
