Schuylkill County Girls Tennis Results – Aug. 24, 2026

Schuylkill County teams were in action on the courts Monday as Girls Tennis action got underway for the 2026 season.

Berks Catholic 5, Blue Mountain 2

The Saints took four of five singles matches to topple the Eagles, 5-2, in a girls tennis season opener for both schools.

Jasmine Dill topped Juliana Reinard (5-7, 6-1, 12-10) in three sets to earn the lone singles win for Blue Mountain (0-1).

The team of Chloe Miller and Lauren Hummel won in straight sets (6-1, 6-1) over Casey Changro and Ryleigh Knepp for Blue Mountain’s point in doubles.

• No. 4: Abigail Tomsho (BC) def. Virginia Cryer (BM) 6-4, 0-6, 10-4
• No. 5: Jasmine Dill (BM) def. Juliana Reinard (BC) 5-7, 6-1, 12-10

Hamburg 6, Pottsville 1

Pottsville (0-1) secured its team point with a dominant performance from Tiana Molina, who swept past Hamburg’s Molly Fox (6-0, 6-1) on Monday in the season opener.
