A Schuylkill County man is facing an indecent exposure charge after he allegedly exposed himself to a DoorDash driver bringing him deodorant last week.
According to an affidavit filed by State Police-Frackville, a Trooper was called to a home in Ashland by a DoorDash driver just before midnight on March 6. She reportedly told police that the person to whom she just delivered deodorant exposed his erect penis to her.
Police contacted the resident of that Centre St. address, Kyle Finnefrock, 25, who was seated on the front porch at the time of their arrival.
Finnefrock reportedly told police that he began masturbating while he waited for his deodorant to be delivered. When the DoorDash driver arrived, Finnefrock said he pulled up his pants to answer the door. However, he said his penis must have been exposed to the driver through the front opening in his pajamas. Finnefrock reportedly told police he wasn’t aware that he was exposing himself at the time he opened the door.
Police say Finnefrock admitted to sending the DoorDash driver messages telling her that he found her attractive.
When police interviewed the DoorDash driver, they got a different story. The driver reportedly told police that Finnefrock placed two orders that night. After she delivered the first order, Finnefrock allegedly placed a second order for deodorant.Â
After she completed that first order is when Finnefrock starting messaging her saying that he found her to be beautiful and that she should come inside his home when she brought the deodorant, she said.
When the driver showed up with the deodorant, she told police that Finnefrock answered the door with his fully erect penis hanging out of the front opening of his pants. She told police that seeing Finnefrock’s penis left her emotionally traumatized.
Police have filed misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment against Finnefrock. A preliminary hearing before District Magistrate Judge Edward Tarantelli is scheduled for April 30.
