A Pennsylvania man is facing a burglary and indecent exposure charge following an incident in Susquehanna County last month.
According to State Police-Gibson, this incident happened a little before 4 on the morning of Dec. 5 in Hallstead.
Police say they received a report of a naked man running down State Route 11 in Hallstead. He was covered in blood.
The man’s been identified as 20-year-old Edward Swan, of New Milford.
Swan then allegedly broke into someone’s apartment on Susquehanna Ave. but was detained by the occupant before police arrived on the scene.
Police say Swan told them that he had “smoked drugs” and believed he was being chased by a bear trying to eat him.
Swan was given a medical evaluation and now faces a burglary and indecent exposure charge.
