A Schuylkill County man was found dead on a Pine Grove Township roadway Saturday night. State Police say an investigation into the man’s death is ongoing.
A patrol unit from the Schuylkill Haven barracks was dispatched just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday to Suedberg Rd. in the area of Geary Wolfe Rd. for a report of a deceased pedestrian in the roadway, according to police.
Investigators identified the pedestrian as Brian Staller, 42, of Pine Grove.
State Police are requesting anyone with information regarding this case to contact them at 570-754-4600.
Troopers were assisted at the scene by Pine Grove Ambulance, Pine Grove Township Fire Dept., North End Fire Dept. in Pine Grove, and the Schuylkill County Coroner’s Office.
