President Joe Biden returned to Pennsylvania earlier this week and dropped one of his biggest fibs in a career filled with them.
At the Mack Truck facility in the Lehigh Valley, Biden could be heard on a hot mic presumably talking to executives at the plant.
By the way, according to several reports, the truck plant was actually on a manufacturing hiatus with only a skeleton crew scheduled to work for the day. Among the 50 or so people on hand to witness the President bumble his way through another public speech, apparently only 5 people in the crowd were actual Mack employees.
Regardless, that wasn’t the only sham of the day.
Biden Says He Used to Drive an 18 Wheeler
On that hot mic, Biden could be heard telling Mack execs, “I used to drive an 18-wheeler, man.”
Joe Biden just claimed he “used to drive an 18 wheeler.”

You can hear someone responding to him, “That’s awesome.”
But that “That’s awesome” definitely sounded like someone who could barely hear over his internal BS monitor beeping like crazy.
We have no idea why he’d say this other than his need to lie and fib over just about anything he can. The so-called fact-checkers couldn’t even back him up on this one. And the White House only said in defense that Biden once rode in an 18-wheeler.
The happened back when he was a first-year Senator in the 1800s. According to a single report, Biden wanted to learn some “facts” about the truck driving industry, so he hitched a rider with an actual truck driver for what he claimed was a trip more than 500 miles. He only took the trip one way, however, and reportedly flew back to Washington.

This doesn’t explain why Biden felt compelled to brag that he’d driven a big rig truck. And it only adds to the mystery of how more than 81 million people voted for him.
