Severe thunderstorms have once again knocked out electric service to PPL Electric customers in Schuylkill County. The storms passed through the area just before midnight on Wednesday.
This is the second straight night of severe storms in Schuylkill County. Storms cut electric service to more than a thousand homes and businesses Tuesday, mostly in Pine Grove Township.
