Best FREE NFL Week 4 DFS Lineups for FanDuel and DraftKings PLUS NFL Picks

Happy Sunday Canary Crew!  Last week we had a good week on DFS with a clean sweep on DraftKings and 50% success on FanDuel.  This is quickly becoming a gambling post with DFS plays added and I continue my heater.  Last week I went 6-1 on my bets bringing my season total to 16-6 (72.7%!).

On FanDuel we scored 134.3 points which cashed us in 50% of our contests.  We were right on the pay line which was an average of about 135 points.  We had a good week with the exception of the injury to Jordan Reed.  Over on DraftKings we put up 154.8 points and cashed in 100% of our contests!  Nice hit for us on DK this week!  The FLASHLIGHT’S CORE of Kyler Murray, Allen Robinson, DK Metcalf, and Arizona DST put on a solid show for us and were a nice basis to build our winning Week 3 lineups.  All in all it was a positive week for us so it’s another win moving us to 2-1 in DFS on the season.  Now, on to Week 4.

As usual first I’ll hit you with THE FLASHLIGHT’S CORE – These are “my guys” for the week who are common between my lineups on both FanDuel and DraftKings.  This is an unusual week where the lineups between sites are nearly identical except for the FLEX plays.  Then I’ll let you know who I’m using to fill out each roster by site.  Finally, I’ll show you my lineups.  Keep in mind that I do make changes on Sunday morning if news breaks.  If that happens I’ll tweet out the link to this updated article.

So make sure you follow me on Twitter @FlashlightDFS for my latest updates, last minute info, game day entertainment, seasonal or daily lineup advice or just to shoot the breeze about football.

QUARTERBACK

Deshaun Watson ($7800 FD/$6600 DK) – Watson and the Texans are 0-3 after a murder’s row of opponents in their first three games (Chiefs, Ravens, Steelers).  This week he gets to feast on the Vikings defense who have given up loads of yards through the air and on the ground.  They are also the 2nd worst scoring defense in the league giving up an astonishing 34 points per game.  This is a classic “get right” game for Watson and the Texans.

RUNNING BACK

Alvin Kamara ($8800 FD/$8000 DK) – Kamara hauled in 13 passes last week and with Drew Brees unable to throw downfield I expect a similar result this week.  Detroit hasn’t been playing great defense this season, they’re ranked in the bottom 8 in both points allowed and yards allowed.  Kamara is a weapon on the ground and via pass so we’re signing up for double duty here.

Darrell Henderson Jr ($6400 FD/$5800) – Henderson sure isn’t priced like a guy who just busted out a 20/114/1 game last week against the stout Bills defense.  While the Giants defense isn’t bad (middle of the road in points/yards allowed), Henderson has earned the starting gig in LA and will definitely be the first RB in their offense.  What a bargain for a starting RB whose team should be playing from ahead for most of the day.

WIDE RECEIVER

Will Fuller ($6100 FD/$5900 DK) – With how much I love Watson at QB this week we have to get on the WR train for the Texans and Fuller is in a SMASH spot this week.  You know how much I despise the Vikings and Fuller is a speedster who is always a deep threat and finally is off the injury report.

Kenny Golladay ($7300 FD/$6000 DK) – The Saints have serious injury problems at cornerback this week which leads us to Golladay who is fresh off a 6/57/1 game in his first action of the season.  I expect lots of points in the game and Golladay is far and away the best receiving option for the Lions.  Pair that up with a banged up secondary and you have a recipe for a big game.

Tyler Boyd ($6000 FD/$6100 DK) – Apparently people still think AJ Green is the #1 WR in Cinci?  This pricing is obscene for Boyd who just had a monster game of 10/125/0 against the Eagles.  The Jags are giving up 28 points/game and nearly 250 passing yards/game.  The Bengals already trust Joe Burrow to throw the ball all over the yard, let’s get his #1 WR in a good matchup.

TIGHT END

Logan Thomas ($4900 FD/$3500 DK) – Thomas is averaging 8 targets a game and has had 4 catches in each contest so far this season.  He’s a big body who is a redzone target and Washington will be playing catch up all game against the pissed off Ravens.  With some rumblings of a possible QB change in Washington I’m still good with Thomas who would only benefit from some better QB play.

DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS

Arizona Cardinals ($3800 FD/$3600 DK) – The Cardinals have had 4 sacks in each of their last 2 games have have yet to get a turnover.  They face the Panthers who don’t scare too many people.  I’m going back to them after last week and looking for another solid game.

FANDUEL

THE FLASHLIGHT’S CORE PLUS:

FLEX – Dalvin Cook ($8700 FD) – Cook has at least 1 TD in every game this season and he’s fresh off a career high 181 rushing yards with a great game versus the Titans.  The Texans are DEAD LAST in the league in rushing yards allowed (188.3/game) and Cook has been one consistent bright spot for the miserable Vikings.

DRAFTKINGS

THE FLASHLIGHT’S CORE PLUS:

Flex – Zach Pascal ($4400 DK) – This is a position play for me.  Two weeks ago I loved Parris Campbell as the Colts slot receiver.  With the injury to Michael Pittman it’s going to be Pascal who steps in to that role today for Indy.  Philip Rivers throws to the slot 30% of the time and I want a piece of that.  Pascal should be in line for a solid work load today, let’s just hope he makes it through the game.

THE FLASHLIGHT’S FAVORITE BETS

We’re off to a blistering start in 2020.  Last week we went 6-1 with a push on the Bengals ML bet due to their tie with the Eagles.  Our only loss was my bet of the week Titans -2.5 who were a failed 2-pt conversion from covering.  Right now we’re 16-6 (72.7%) this year, let’s keep it rolling!

Texans – 3.5

MIN/HOU Over 53.5

Seahawks -5.5

JAX/CIN Over 49

Browns +4

Bills -3

Good luck this week!
