PPL Electric is reporting 1,700 Schuylkill County customers are without power this morning follow the overnight winter storm.
According to the PPL Outage Map, the highest concentrations of these power outages are located near the following communities:
- Marstown
- Rock
- Molino
- Drehersville
- Quakake
- Brandonville
- Ringtown
- Zion Grove
- Shenandoah Heights
- Pitman
- Joliett
Power is expected to be restored early this afternoon for many of these 1,700 customers.
PPL is also reporting high outage numbers in Dauphin, Columbia, and Luzerne counties following the overnight storm.
