Pottsville Police are once again asking for the public’s help identifying a person of interest.

In the video below, shared to the PD’s Facebook page on Saturday, you can see a person walking away from a surveillance camera on West Market St. in Pottsville.

Police say the person is believed to be responsible for damaging American flags and flagpoles along West Market in the city.

Though you can’t see the person’s face, you can see that they’re toting a powder blue backpack and seem to have a phone case with a matching color.
