Late last month, a Nanticoke man suffered a flat tire while driving along Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County.
According to State Police in Frackville, 31-year-old Christopher Lyons was on the northbound side of the highway during the evening of Oct. 24, near Mile Marker 133 in Delano Township, when he got the flat.
With his 2014 Cadillac CTS disabled and on the side of the road, being held up by a floor jack, Lyons left the scene, flat in tow, to get it repaired.
Lyons eventually came back to the scene of his vehicle on Oct. 26, some time after 3 p.m. However, when he returned, Lyons learned that someone had stolen his floor jack. Additionally, the two catalytic converters on his vehicle had been cut off and stolen.
Police have not filed any charges related to this incident, according to a court records search.
