A Schuylkill County woman agreed to plead guilty Monday afternoon to her role in an underage drinking party last month.
Stacey Daubert, 50, appeared before Magisterial District Judge James Reiley on Monday and entered a guilty plea on a third-degree misdemeanor charge of persistent disorderly conduct. She had originally been charged with a first-degree misdemeanor of corruption of minors.
Daubert must pay a fine of $2,100 plus court costs.
On the night of March 21, police in Pottsville say they were called to a home in the 400 block of Adams St. for a reported large underage drinking party. Police met Daubert upon their arrival, who reportedly identified herself as the only adult present at the time.
Daubert reportedly told police she was supervising the underage party, at which 23 underage drinkers were ultimately cited. Most of those underage at the party were high school-aged, police say.
