Schuylkill Haven got its 2026 Schuylkill League golf season underway on Monday afternoon. Eli Barton shot a low round of 69 at Schuylkill Country Club to pace the Canes to their first win of the year.
Meanwhile, Jace Jackson once again paced North Schuylkill to victory, putting the Spartans at 4-0 on the season.

Here is a look at results from Tuesday’s matches in Schuylkill League golf.
Marian 315, Pine Grove 379
Marian put together a dominant team performance to cruise past Pine Grove, 315–379.
Carter Grant set the standard for Marian, carding a match-low 74 to take medalist honors. The Colts seized control with three players breaking 80, receiving strong scoring support from Collin Yurkanin (76), Brayden Grant (79), and Patrick Bonner (86).
Pine Grove was led by Evan Moyer, who posted a team-best 87. Kaiden Umbenhauer (90), Mason Troutman (92), and Dylan Ott (110) rounded out the top four counting scores for the Cardinals.
Schuylkill Haven 319, Weatherly 389
Schuylkill Haven put together a stellar team performance on its home course to power past Weatherly, 319–389, at Schuylkill Country Club.
Alan Evans fired a match-low 73 to capture medalist honors, sparking a big day for the Hurricanes. Schuylkill Haven took control early behind three sub-80 rounds, receiving strong support from Eli Barton (77), Chase Maley (79), and Ethan Tracey (90).
Weatherly was led by Chance Stauffer, who posted a team-best 94. Brad Connors (95), Eli Brown (95), and Matt Adler (105) rounded out the top four counting scores for the Wreckers.
Minersville 332, Nativity 340
Minersville relied on a formidable 1-2 punch at the top of its lineup to edge past Nativity for an eight-stroke victory, 332–340, at White Birch Golf Course.
Minersville’s Emma Troutman and Nativity’s Steven Karinch put on a display at the front of the field, both firing consistent rounds of 36 on each nine to finish with matching 72s and share co-medalist honors.
The Battlin’ Miners gained the upper hand thanks to Garrett Sukeena, who turned in a strong 74 to give Minersville two sub-75 cards. Sheldon Fickes (89) and Sam Misstishin (97) provided the remaining counting scores to seal the win.
Nativity stayed within striking distance throughout the afternoon behind Karinch’s round and an 80 from Lane Paskar. Harry Marks (94) and Thomas Bechtel (94) completed the counting cards for the Green Wave.
