State Police say they’re investigating a suspected burglary at a Dollar General store in Schuylkill County.
Troopers from the Schuylkill Haven barracks say they were dispatched to the Dollar General store along Route 443 in Wayne Township shortly after 6:30 a.m. on June 20 for a reported burglary in progress.
As they arrived on the scene, police say they noticed the side door to the store propped open and damaged but the building was clear of any potential intruders. Police suspect the burglar broke into the store and left about 20 minutes later.
