Schuylkill County Tax Claim Bureau will hold a Judicial Sale of properties with all auctions beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 3:30 p.m. on June 18.

You will be required to register with the Schuylkill County Tax Claim Bureau AFTER registering and funding your deposit with Bid4Assets.  Please Click Here to visit the Schuylkill County website where you can obtain the registration instructions and other sale details. Please be advised, the deadline to register for the Schuylkill County Tax Claim Bureau sale is Friday, June 5, 2026 at 4:00 pm. All required registration steps with both Bid4Assets and the Tax Claim Bureau must be completed by then. No exceptions.

Deposit Requirements

There is a multi-step registration process required to participate in the Schuylkill County Tax Sale. Please follow the steps below:

• Fund your deposit with Bid4Assets.
• Complete your pre-vesting information and upload any required documents when registration opens with Bid4Assets beginning on Monday, May 18, 2026
• Bid4Assets will review your information, and follow up with you if there are any issues with your document upload.
• If your registration is complete and accurate, you will be provided with a link to set up an in-person meeting with Schuylkill County.

You will be required to register with the Schuylkill County Tax Claim Bureau AFTER registering and funding your deposit with Bid4Assets.

A single $500 deposit (plus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) and a $51.85 registration fee is required to participate in the County of Schuylkill Tax Sale. Your deposit must be received by Bid4Assets NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM ET (1:00 PM PT) Friday, June 5th. Please register and make your deposit well in advance of the specified deadlines to ensure your eligibility to bid.

Settlement Instructions

Full payment must be received by Bid4Assets no later than 4:00 PM ET on Monday, June 22, 2026. – No exceptions will be made. If the payment policy is not adhered to the winning bidder will forfeit their deposit to the County of Schuylkill and may be banned from future sales.

A $35 per-parcel settlement fee and a 5% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final Sale Price.
