Bill Rowen, author of The Coal Cracker Chronicles – Tall Tales and Letters to Mom, will hold a book signing at the Schuylkill County Historical Society, 305 N. Centre St. in Pottsville, Saturday, May 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m..
