A Schuylkill County man has died as a result of injuries he suffered in a motorcycle crash earlier this month.
According to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio, Robert Freund, 53, of Rush Township, succumbed to those injuries at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem on Monday.
Freund was involved in a motorcycle crash in the 700 block of Penn Drive in West Penn Township shortly after noon on Saturday, April 11. His motorcycle reportedly collided with another vehicle at that time. The West Penn Township Police Dept. and Schuylkill County Coroner’s Office are investigating the crash, according to Buglio.
Freund suffered multiple blunt force injuries in the crash.
