Each week, we spotlight a pet who is ready to take the next step toward a forever home.
This week’s featured friend is Victoria, a 2-year-old Shepherd mix with a solid foundation and so much potential just waiting to shine.
Victoria has previously lived with children and two cats, giving her a great head start in understanding home life.
She is trained, keeps a clean kennel, and shows all the signs of a dog who wants to do things right.
While she may need a little time to adjust to a new environment, that patience will be rewarded with a loyal, steady companion.
She is a good girl with a gentle nature and the ability to grow into an incredible family dog once she feels secure.
With consistency, reassurance, and a loving home, Victoria is ready to become everything she is meant to be.

Hillside SPCA is located at 51 SPCA Rd., Pottsville.
Visitation and adoption hours are from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. every day of the week.
