A Schuylkill County man died Tuesday afternoon from injuries he suffered in a vehicle crash earlier in the day.
According to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio, the crash occurred in the 800 block of Barnesville Drive, Rush Township, at about 1 p.m. Tuesday.
Raymond Dawson, 90, of Rush Township, was pronounced dead at 4:44 p.m. at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Bethlehem. Buglio determined the cause of death to be multiple blunt force injuries.
Dawson was reportedly driving a vehicle that collided with a transit van.
Ryan Township Police and the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office are investigating this incident. The manner of death is determined to be an accident.
