Sopranos Stars Help Kick Off Inaugural Pottsville Film Festival

Event runs thru June 1st

Two stars from The Sopranos helped kick off the inaugural Pottsville Film Festival on Friday.

Danny Grimaldi, who played twin brothers Patsy and Philly Parisi on the HBO hit show, was joined by Artie Pasquale, who played Burt Gervasi, were guests of honor at a red carpet gala held at Arrow Studio & Events in Pottsville.

Pottsville Film Festival is a first-of-its-kind event in Schuylkill County, and runs through this weekend. Organizers believe about a thousand people are expected downtown this weekend, provided the weather cooperates for the outdoor portions of the event.
