A Schuylkill County man has been charged with possession of child pornography. But during his arrest, investigators say they made another disturbing discovery.
According to court documents, Anthony Cuff, 46, of Shenandoah, has been the subject of an investigation by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office since October 2024.
A report was received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Cyber Tip Line. The tip was forwarded to the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division before getting handed off to the state Attorney General in February 2025.
Investigators learned that an image likely depicting child pornography had been uploaded to Bing. The image purportedly showed an underage girl engaged in a sex act.
A trace of the IP address linked the upload back to an address in Shenandoah.
A search warrant was signed and executed for a home on E. Oak St. but when investigators arrived, they say no evidence was found. However, they learned that Cuff, living a few doors down the street, had access to the Wifi connection from that first home.
Investigators say they then executed a separate search warrant for the home where Cuff was staying on Wednesday. Inside, several electronic devices were seized by investigators. A forensic search of those devices turned up 201 images that they believe could be classified as child pornography.
Inside Cuff’s home, investigators made another alarming discovery. A brown box in an upstairs bedroom sitting on top of a dresser contained a child sex doll.
Cuff was arraigned Wednesday afternoon before District Magistrate Judge Anthony Kilker. He’s been charged with 201 counts of possession of child pornography and a single count of criminal use of a communications device.
Kilker set bail at $100,000 and remanded him to Schuylkill County Prison. A preliminary hearing is currently scheduled in Kilker’s court on April 24.
