Furiday Friends: Meet Crew and Marcus

Let’s get Crew and Marcus a fur-ever home today.

Our Furiday Friends series continues this week with an adorable cat and a dog that needs a patient new best friend. Crew and Marcus are available for adoption right now at Hillside SPCA in Pottsville.

Look below to see how to make these Furiday Friends your new best friends today.

Let’s meet this week’s crew:

Crew

Crew is about 6 months old and like any kitten that age, he’s full of energy. He’s a bit shy but with the right amount of attention (all of yours, undivided) and a place to call his own, Crew has the makings of a perfect fur-ever friend. He loves telling you how shy he can be.

He’s great around other cats. Crew is the last of his siblings to get adopted out of Hillside, so let’s not make him wait any longer than he has.

This little guy is neutered, up-to-date on his shots and negative for feline AIDS and leukemia.

Marcus

Marcus is a 7-year-old Jack Russell mix.

He’s going to require a special home with some patient owners. Marcus is not good with kids, cats, or male dogs. He can live with female dogs.

It’ll take a few meet-ups with Marcus for him to warm up to whoever makes him their best friend. He gets nervous when meeting new people.

Marcus is highly motivated by food, walks well on a leash, and loves going for walks.
