Police in Schuylkill County have identified the man they say stole a tip jar at a popular kielbasi shop in Shenandoah last week.
State Police-Frackville say Brandon Giulian, 23, of Philadelphia, is the man who took a tip jar from Lucky’s Corner Deli & Kielbasi Shop on W. Centre St. in Shenandoah on Dec. 13.
Lucky’s posted a video of the alleged actor last week shortly after the theft had occurred.
“Anyone know this asshat,” the store posted on its Facebook page, accompanied by a video purportedly of Giulian in the store. “I have your statement from sales for days. How dare you steal our employees tips. Please share we have his EBT card info and the State police are investigating it.”
On Wednesday, State Police announced that Giulian is the one they believe is in the video. They say he grabbed the employee tip jar and fled the store with it.
Charges are pending against Giulian, police say.
A search of court records against Giulian show a previous case from October of this year. Giulian was arrested by Lower Southampton Police Dept. and charged with felony robbery and misdemeanors for possession of a weapon, terroristic threats, and simple assault.
