A Schuylkill County woman died Sunday from injuries she sustained in a vehicle crash last Wednesday.
According to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio, Mary Frances Peiffer, 82, of Auburn, succumbed to injuries on Sunday afternoon at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
Peiffer was involved in a vehicle crash at Routes 61 and 895 on Sept. 11 at about 4 p.m.
Buglio said Peiffer died as a result of complications from blunt force injuries caused in the crash.
His office along with State Police-Schuylkill Haven are continuing an investigation into the crash.
