A Shenandoah man was taken to Schuylkill County Prison earlier this month for violating a Protection From Abuse order against him.
According to State Police in Frackville, the incident that led to this man being arrested happened back on March 18. That’s when police say they received a report from a Shenandoah woman that she and Adam Falu, 35, were engaged in a verbal dispute.
A police investigation showed Falu had an active PFA order from New York, requiring him to stay away from the woman and an 11-year-old girl.
Falu was ultimately taken to Schuylkill County Prison, where he remains today, on $10,000 bail. He’s now facing a charge of Contempt for Violation of the PFA.
