National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for Schuylkill County on Tuesday into Wednesday.
This Wind Advisory is in addition to the Winter Weather Advisory currently in effect. The Wind Advisory is in effect from 12 p.m. Tuesday until 8 a.m. Wednesday.
Forecasters say winds from the northwest will be blowing strong. Sustained winds will range from 25-30 mph. Gusts could reach 50 mph.
These strong winds will accompany a snow storm expected in Schuylkill County on Tuesday.
Anywhere from 2-5 inches of snow is expected to fall across the county. Northern locations might see up to 7 inches of snow.
