Sunny Weather Expected Tuesday

Schuylkill County can expect a sunny, rather mild day on Tuesday.

Forecasters at National Weather Service say we’ll get to a high temperature of 49 degrees in Pottsville today, with a west wind up to 8 mph.

Winds will pick up tonight, with some gusts up to 21 mph. Clouds will also move in after dark. We can expect a low temperature Tuesday night of 38 degrees.

Temperatures are expected to stay unseasonably warm the rest of the week. We could even hit 60 degrees later this week.

The next chance of rain comes on Thursday, when showers are likely.
