Helen Marie Keilman

Helen Marie Keilman, 77, of Tamaqua, and a guest of Mountain City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Hazle Township, died on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, in Hazleton.

She was the wife of the late Gary David Keilman to whom she was married 50 years at the time of his death in 2020.

Born on December 25, 1945, Helen was a daughter of the late James Michael and Helen (Romanko) Dillon.

A 1963 graduate of Marian High School, she last was employed at Aquila Fashions, Lansford, PA.

Helen is survived by her daughter, Barbara Keilman and her companion, Charles Knight of Tresckow, and grandson, Tyler Sherman of Tamaqua.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by sisters, Mary Ann Wanuga and Kathleen Osenbach.

Graveside services were held on Saturday, January 21, at Sky-View Memorial Park, Hometown, with The Rev. Kevin Roberts officiating.

Memorials in Helen’s name may be made to the Men of Marian, c/o Marian High School, 166 Marian High Avenue, Tamaqua, PA 18252.
