State Police have released the image of a man they say stole hand railings by ripping them right out of the concrete in front of a Pine Grove area business.
According to information from the Schuylkill Haven barracks, back on New Year’s Day, an unknown man drove his dark-colored pickup truck onto the property at Solar Innovations, along Roberts Rd. in Pine Grove Township.
Police say the truck is a Chevrolet.
The unknown man then attaches that tow strap to a pair of metal hand railings outside the business, gets in his truck and starts pulling.
The railings came right out of the concrete steps. He then fled the scene.
Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver of that pickup. Anyone with information is being asked to call the Haven barracks at 570-754-4600.

Looks like he put his “active” license plate off and “hid” it in the bed of the truck……yet despite that cunning move did not imagine that a business wouldn’t have security cameras covering the entrance.
