Is That a Roadside Toolkit in Your Pants Or Are You Just Happy to See Us?

State Police are investigating a reported retail theft at a business between Pine Grove and Tremont recently.

According to information from the Schuylkill Haven barracks, the reported theft happened back in early April at Ravine Raceway Truck Stop on Molleystown Rd. in Tremont Township.

Police say the store reported that an unknown man was in the store between 3:35 and 3:45 a.m. on April 3. They say this unknown person removed a roadside tool kit and from a shelf and did what anyone would do when stealing a roadside tool kit … he shoved it down his pants.

The suspected thief fled the scene in a gray pickup truck, police say.

An investigation into this incident is ongoing.
