Budget-Friendly Cigs Taken From Store in Shenandoah

They didn’t forget a lighter!

1st class cigarettes stolen shenandoah pa

Someone made off with some budget-friendly cigarettes from the Turkey Hill on Shenandoah Thursday morning.

According to State Police in Frackville, the alleged heist took place a little after 7 a.m. at the store on S. Main St.

Someone working at the Turkey Hill told police that a person walked in the store wearing a ski mask, a green coat, and tan pants. They grabbed several items and then dashed from the store without paying for them.

Police searched the area for someone matching that description but came up empty.

In all, the suspected thief walked out of the store with $2 in lighters, about $12 in 1st Class brand cigarettes, and $5 in ice cream.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the Frackville barracks at 570-874-5300.

If anyone can explain why, if you’re going to be dumb enough to steal cigarettes why you’d opt for these smokes over something that tastes a little better, let us know in the comments below.
