State Police are currently investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash in Shenandoah.
According to information Saturday morning from State Police Public Information Officer David Beohm, a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run incident happened along Route 924, just south of the Friendly Food Mart in Shenandoah.
UPDATE: According to information released Saturday afternoon by State Police in Frackville, at about 5:30 a.m. Saturday, police found a man deceased in the right southbound lane of the road.
No vehicles were observed in the area. Police are not revealing the identity of the man they found this morning in Shenandoah.
The incident is still under investigation by State Police’s Frackville barracks. Anyone with information about this incident should call 570-874-5300.
