President Joe Biden suffered his latest mental lapse on Monday at what should have been a scripted, made-for-TV event.
The administration waited until International Women’s Day to announce the nomination of two women to 4-star commands in the US military. While the ceremony did highlight some of these women’s accomplishments, it turned into a more of a chance for Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to virtue signal about the administration’s alleged inclusiveness.
It’s all about optics.
Biden Can’t Remember Defense Secretary’s Name
Well, those optics soured when Biden went a little off-script. At the end of the informal ceremony, Biden thanked the two women – U.S. Air Force Gen. Jacqueline Van Ovost, left, and U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Laura Richardson – and attempted to thank Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
The only problem … Biden couldn’t remember Austin’s name.
“I want to thank you both,” Biden said indirectly to the women behind him. “And I want to thank the Sec- … the uh, former General. I keep calling him General. My, my uh … the guy who runs that outfit over there. I want to be sure we thank the Secretary for all he’s done to try to implement what we just talked about.”
As soon as this clip went viral, the Democrats already had their online minions activated. They quickly shamed anyone who made fun of this obvious (and latest) gaffe for making fun of the President’s stutter.
But this wasn’t a stutter. He just couldn’t remember the name of his Defense Secretary.
And if it wasn’t people getting shamed for not mocking Biden’s stutter, they were playing a little whataboutism by pointing out the times President Trump mixed up some names.
It really doesn’t equate to this, however. There’s clearly something wrong with the President:

A nation is actually mourning…
…a few months ago, USA was the most powerful and respected country on the planet, due to strong and fearless leadership.
…now, USA is THE laughing stock, and doormat of the world, due to a man that was “installed” as a President, and is more worthless than a bag of shit that’s on fire.
What a disgrace…whatever anyone’s opinion of President Trump is/was, he was a fearless leader that governed with strength, and without apology. Our country is unraveling and instantly weak, with this sad old dunce.
It’s not even funny.
