Linda A. Wetzel, age 61, of Valley View, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – E. Norwegian, Pottsville.

She was born on Tuesday, November 10, 1959, in Pottsville, a daughter of the late Preston Wetzel and the late Jean (Wolfe) Bowman.

She was a graduate of IU 29, Mar Lin.

Linda was a member of St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, Valley View.

She is survived by her step father, Charles Bowman of Valley View; two sisters, Julie Ferster and Bonnie Shoop both of Lykens; a brother, David Wetzel of Palmerton; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be private.

Burial will be made in St. Andrew’s Cemetery, Valley View.

Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.
