Lisa A. Jacobs, 58, of Mount Carmel, passed away on Friday at home.

Born in Pottsville, she was a daughter of Nancy Brown Baver, Orwigsburg, and the late Floyd Baver. She attended Schuylkill Haven schools, and resided in Florida before returning to Schuylkill County. She resided in Mount Carmel since 2015.

She was first employed by the former Miss Pennsylvania Garment factory, Pottsville. She later worked for a cleaning service while residing in Florida; and was last employed by Wegman’s Distribution Center, Cass Township, before becoming disabled.

In addition to her mother, Lisa is survived by her daughter, Krystle Nouzovsky (spouse, Nathaniel), Minersville; three grandchildren, Gavin, Aiden and Kamryn Nouzovsky; her former husband, Jacob “Jack” Jacobs, Mount Carmel. She is also survived by three siblings, Tammy Freewald, New Ringgold, Randy Baver, Schuylkill Haven, and Todd Baver, Schuylkill Haven; a niece, Allison Freewald; a nephew, Jeffrey Freewald.
