A Reading man says more than $16,000 in arcade and vending equipment was stolen from a building in North Manheim Township last week.
According to State Police in Schuylkill Haven, the 64-year-old man reported items stolen on Oct. 16, just before 9 a.m.
The building from which they were stolen is located along Renninger Ave. in North Manheim.
Among the items stolen were a pair of arcade games, Ms. Pac Man and Ghyuss.
Also taken were a 3-tier candy machine, a 4-tier spinning candy machine, and a coin-op supermarket ride.
The most valuable items taken, according to information from State Police were 2 CDs with “digitizing software” written on them. Those CDs, alone, are valued at a combined $13,000. The Ms. Pac Man game is valued at $1,200. The supermarket ride is valued at $1,500.
Police say their investigation into this alleged theft is ongoing.
