President Donald Trump says he’ll be discharged from Walter Reed hospital at 6:30 p.m. Monday.

He announced his plan in a tweet Monday afternoon.

“I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M. Feeling really good,” Trump exclaimed.

Trump spent much of Monday sending a series of ALL CAPS tweets from the hospital that was a clear sign he was in good spirits.

Here’s a look at what we saw on our Twitter app from POTUS:

But wait, there was more …

Trump Leaving Walter Reed Hospital on Monday Evening

The move out of Walter Reed comes a day after the President left the building for a quick drive by the many supporters who’ve been staged outside the hospital to wish him well during his recovery.

And it’ll give the news media something to obsess over. The rest of Trump’s tweet surely gives them enough red meat to devour in the meantime.

We’re sure they’re already criticizing him for the following:

“Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life,” Trump wrote. “We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!”

Since his time in Walter Reed, the press has been trying to punch holes in the entire storyline. Many don’t believe Trump was ever sick. They claim photos taken from inside the Presidential office inside Walter Reed were Photoshopped, too.

And the press has been constantly bickering with doctors at Walter Reed, trying to trip them up with gotcha-style questions that serve no purpose. What were they actually going to do if they found out Trump was on oxygen for 15 minutes?
