A Cressona man housed in Schuylkill County Prison now faces charges after verbally abusing a woman during a virtual hearing last week.
According to State Police in Schuylkill Haven, Tomasso Dino, 22, yelled at a 24-year-old Pottsville woman while a video conference hearing was being conducted on July 22.
Dino called the woman a “snitch” during the hearing conducted between the prison and the office of District Judge David Plachko.
Police have charged Dino with intimidating a witness or victim and harassment.

Dino’s name may sound familiar to our readers.
Back in March, Dino was found passed out on a porch in Palo Alto holding some meth, other drug paraphernalia, and a set of brass knuckles.
He’s been locked up in Schuylkill County Prison since that incident on March 6 charged with felony possession, among other misdemeanor charges.
Last week’s hearing was related to those charges.
Earlier this month, Dino had his bail reduced from $15,000 to $5,000, according to court records.

A snitch should be a good thing, not bad. If everyone snitched it would get a bunch of criminals locked up and off the streets. The neighborhoods would be safer.
