APRIL 6 UPDATE: 13 New Cases of Coronavirus Confirmed in Schuylkill County

Schuylkill County’s total of positive COVID-19 coronavirus now stands at 103. That total is 13 higher than yesterday.

This is the 16th consecutive day of positive coronavirus cases locally. Here’s a day-by-day breakdown:

  • March 22: 1

  • March 25: 1
  • March 26: 3
  • March 27: 4
  • March 28: 3
  • March 29: 5
  • March 30: 9

Coronavirus in Schuylkill County April 6 update

Statewide, cumulatively, there are 12,980 positive cases as of noon Monday, April 6. Pennsylvania’s death toll from coronavirus-related illness is now 162. No deaths have been reported from Schuylkill County.

The number of new cases reported in Pennsylvania on Sunday is 23 less than the number of new positives Sunday.

The first positive case in Pennsylvania was reported on March 6.

Schuylkill County at 103 Positive Coronavirus Cases

To date, there are 12,980 total positive cases in Pennsylvania and another 70,874 negatives.

  • Philadelphia: 3,611 
  • Montgomery: 1,230 
  • Delaware: 822 
  • Northampton: 716
  • Allegheny: 642 
  • Bucks: 619
