Wawa Issues Recall on Iced Tea, Lemonade, Fruit Punch Products Due to Undeclared Milk Allergen

Wawa has issued a recall on some of its 16-ounce versions of iced tea, lemonade, and fruit punch products due to an undeclared milk allergen.

The recall affects some stores in Pennsylvania that may be frequented by Canary readers, including locations in Leesport, Morgantown, Reading, and Wyomissing. The Hamburg/Tilden Township location is not affected by the recall.

All products affected by the recall have been removed from store shelves but consumers should check their refrigerators if they shop at affected stores to make sure they don’t have drinks affected by this announcement. Consumers with milk allergies that drink these products could suffer life-threatening allergic reactions.

No illnesses related to this recall have been announced.
