They say Tortoiseshell cats are full of “tortitude,” but Phoenix breaks the mold. At 7-8 months old, this beautiful girl isn’t about drama or chaos; she is an old soul seeking a quiet corner of the world to call her own.
Currently waiting for her match in foster care through Krazy Kritters Co., Phoenix is an observer. She prefers the quiet corners of the room, often found curled up on a cozy blanket she discovered on the floor, watching the world go by with soulful, intelligent eyes.
Phoenix is a gentle observer. You won’t find her swinging from the curtains or demanding constant attention. Instead, she’s likely to be found nesting on a cozy blanket she discovered on the floor, watching the household with wise, contemplative eyes.
When Phoenix decides you are her human, she transforms. She will greet you every morning with quiet devotion and a polite nudge. And, she comes with a hilarious “hidden feature”: the occasional enthusiastic sneeze that might leave a little “gift” on your arm. It’s her way of reminding you that even the most dignified majestic creatures can be a little goofy sometimes.
Phoenix needs a patient, calm environment where love is allowed to unfold naturally. Because she is great with other cats and willing to warm up to dogs, she would be an excellent companion for a family with existing pets, provided the introductions are slow and respectful.
