The Schuylkill County Sheriff’s Office is warning the public about an ongoing phone scam.
In a Facebook post, Sheriffs are saying that employers are getting calls from a person claiming to be Deputy Ryan Stevens. They say the call is coming from the phone number 570-325-6766.
The Sheriff’s Office says this is a scam call and that no one by that name is employed by the department.
