Schuylkill County has once again been placed under a Fire Weather Watch.
National Weather Service says the Fire Weather Watch will go into effect on Saturday morning and last through Saturday afternoon.
The Fire Weather Watch is necessary, according to NWS, due to forecasted strong winds and extremely low relative humidity levels on Saturday.
Current forecasts call for steady winds on Saturday between 10-15 mph and gusts 30 mph.
Relative humidity levels are expected to be as low as 25%.
The Fire Weather Watch is also in effect for Mountour, Northumberland, Columbia, Dauphin, Lebanon, and Lancaster counties.
A Fire Weather Watch means that conditions are favorable for fires starting and spreading quickly. Brush fires that start could quickly spread. Prescribed burns are also at risk of spreading out of control.
Red Flag Warnings may be issued if conditions warrant.
