A Schuylkill County man says his pickup was stolen earlier this week after he’d started it and then went back in his home to grab something.
According to State Police-Frackville, the incident happened Sunday afternoon, just before 5 p.m., on Greenwood St. in Coaldale.
There, a 49-year-old Coaldale man reported to police that he had started his vehicle and left the keys inside and the doors unlocked.
The man says he went back inside his home to bring out his garbage and when he came outside, he saw his blue Ford F-150XLT headed east on Route 209.
He could not make out an identity of the person who drove away with his truck..
Police say their investigation into this incident is ongoing.
