Schuylkill County will be under a Wind Advisory beginning Sunday evening and extending through Monday night.
National Weather Service announced late Saturday morning that Schuylkill County and much of central Pennsylvania will be under this Wind Advisory. It starts at 5 p.m. Sunday and lasts until 8 p.m. Monday.
Sustained winds between 20-30 mph are expected. Wind gusts will be clocked at up to 55 mph.
These strong winds will likely blow around unsecured objects. They could also snap tree limbs, which could lead to power outages.
People are advised to secure any loose objects outdoors and take caution if driving high-profile vehicles during the time of the Wind Advisory.
