A Schuylkill County man is behind bars today after reportedly grabbing a woman’s breast outside the Minersville Highrise building.

According to information supplied by Minersville Patrolman Jeffrey Bowers, a woman – who lives at the Highrise building – contacted the department on April 11 and reported that she was approached by Robert Michael Miller and said he was intoxicated.

Miller allegedly offered to shake the woman’s hand. She refused to shake his hand. That’s when Miller allegedly grabbed and groped the woman’s breast and told her what he’d like to do to her with his tongue, Bowers states in his affidavit.

The woman relayed that Miller “had been a problem with tenants” at the Highrise building in the past.

On April 12, Bowers contacted Eugene Yourey, the owner of Coal Region Consulting & Investigations, the firm which provides security services for Schuylkill County Housing Authority, which manages the Highrise in Minersville.

Yourey reportedly told Bowers of another recent incident involving Miller at the Highrise. During that incident, an allegedly intoxicated Miller knocked on a tenant’s door. When the tenant opened their door, they saw Miller there with a bottle of booze in one hand and his “bare penis” in the other.

Schuylkill County Housing Authority has reportedly begun the eviction process on Miller.

Meanwhile, Miller is currently at Schuylkill County Prison on $25,000 bail, facing a misdemeanor indecent assault charge.
