DCC spoiled a potential rematch of the 2016-2018 finals, defeating West Greene, 3-2, in the other semifinal game.
Williams Valley last won the state title in 2016.
The championship is set for Friday at 11 a.m. at Beard Field, Nittany Lion Softball Park at Penn State University.
