This one has Schuylkill County backyard blowout written all over it. It’s what some are calling the Dutch Beer Puppet Game.
You may have seen it already on your Facebook or Instagram feeds.
The video indicates it’s some sort of Dutch Drinking Game. Perhaps that’s because the people in the video are allegedly Dutch.
No matter what it is, it looks hilarious. And it’s got to be at your next backyard cookout.
One caution: You’re probably going to need more beer.
Dutch Beer Puppet Game
Here’s a look at a poorly shot video of the Dutch Beer Puppet Drinking Game in action.
If we’re to guess, we’re saying these fellas have had a few. That only seems to make it funnier.
The goal of the game is to get lift a cup of beer to your mouth using crude puppet strings. You’re really puppeteer of the table holding the beer.
And it first it looks easy and fun.
Then it looks not so easy.
Depending on your beer count at the time you’re doing this, it’s going to look varying degrees of hilarious at this point.
No matter what, the goal here seems to be wearing a beer at the end. Either that or avoiding injury.
Here’s another guy playing with a similar device toward the end of last year. He actually gets to drink some beer. And he doesn’t look ridiculous at all doing so.
Very normal.
The trouble here is, you can’t buy this device anywhere.
So, if you want this to be the thing that brings people to your backyard blowouts this summer, you may need to hit the home center for some supplies.

Where do you get plans to build beer puppet game at or to purchase it?

We’ll see what we can do. Sounds like a degree in some type of engineering would help here. We may need until the Pottsville fireworks to get it done.

it looks like a mailbox post attached to a back-pack. The suspension could be rigged through some eye screws (like the courtesy hook and screw one may find in a rural bathroom) and attache to the plywood in same. The object would be to make the suspension be opposing sides to the sticks.
