A Schuylkill County man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of production and distribution of child pornography.
The US Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania says that sometime between December 2024 and January 2026, Bryce Elliott, 21, of Pottsville, engaged in the product of video depicting sexual activity with a toddler.
Elliott then allegedly distributed that content over the internet.
If he’s convicted, Elliott faces a potential sentence of up to 50 years in prison on each charge he’s facing.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation investigated the case against Elliott. The case is being prosecuted by US Attorney Luisa Berti.
