Every week, we partner with Hillside SPCA to share the stories of animals waiting for their forever homes.
This week’s star is Patrick — a young, happy pit mix with a talent for tap dancing and a heart big enough for the whole family.
Patrick is a 1-year-old pit mix with a whole lot of charm packed into a happy, wiggly body. He’s neutered, playful, and fun — the kind of dog who makes every room brighter just by bouncing into it.
He’s great with kids, loves other dogs, and even does well around free-roaming rabbits.
Patrick also keeps a clean kennel, which tells you everything you need to know about his good-boy manners.
And when he gets excited? He becomes a full-on tap dancer — those paws go tap-tap-tap like he’s auditioning for a show.
Patrick is joyful, friendly, and ready for a family who will love his big personality and goofy moves.

Visitation and adoption hours are from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. every day of the week.
